These excellent Snaggletooth (Hemipristis) teeth were given to me by a new friend I met on the beach in Cherry Grove this week. He dug them out of a branch of the Edisto River in South Carolina. I love the brown color of these fossils, the result of many thousands of years in the mud. Thanks, Mark!
